People ask me all the time, "How do your ribs just fall off the bone" The short answer is they are just that good. The long answer is our chef executes an exhaustnig two day proccess. All meat is hand selected and from the USA! The ribs are trimmed, cleaned and prepared in house. We prefer the country style cooking technique. WE DO NOT SMOKE ARE RIBS. We season, boil, season, glaze, and bake. The ribs are then coated with a special blend of BBQ sauce, and served with home made coleslaw and our famous waffle fries. The result is magic to true rib lovers. Poeple return on a weekly basis for our 14.95 full slab rib dinner, availible only on Wednesdays on a first come, first serve basis. We can not wait to serve you!
