Apropo Catering was founded in 1989 on the principle that satisfied clients and guests should be all companies' first priorities. And now, for more than 20 years, we've been putting that principle into action.

Joe Aiello, CEC, AAC has served as Apropo Catering's President since 1989. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
He is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Chicago Chefs of Cuisine Association, Inc., where he is currently serving his second term as president. He is also a member of Les Amis d’Escoffier Society, Euro Toques Society and Catering Executive Club of America.
Paulette Hartl has served as Apropo Catering's Sales and Special Events Coordinator/Assistant to the president since 1989.
