Free Energy Efficiency Assistance for Cook County Businesses

More than $2.5 million in federal funding is helping Cook County businesses save money and reduce waste through energy efficiency. The Delta Institute, the non-profit grant administrator, is accepting applications from commercial buildings and industrial facilities in eligible communities. This is a one-stop-shop for commercial and industrial energy efficiency needs. Free services include: an energy audit, analysis of audit results, assistance implementing energy efficiency measures, and assistance obtaining government and utility incentives for energy efficiency measure. Additional benefits may include: retro-commissioning grants, free direct-installation services, and access to energy efficiency financing.
